Punkbuster lag on Windows 7 64bit (CoD4,CoD WaW etc.)

Hi,

i have a strong problem on my new Windows 7 64bit machine:

If i play CoD and start on the map i have 3 minutes every 10 seconds a 1 second stutter/lag on grafic. All hangs 1 second.
Lagometer draws a yellow long pike to top.

First i think the mainboad (look at my Profile) is not okay and i changed it. I installed the OS twice, but lag too.
(The bios is at default and prime 95 works 6 hours without error. between: The Asus P7P55D Bios Version 1207 is very tricky. One wrong setting and Prime95 test failed.)

If i turn of Punkbuster, i don't have this lag.

I changed hardware complete.
Now Gigabyte GA-P55A-UD4 and Core i7
Same Problem with Punkbuster.

But the System is very more stable as with Asus P55 Board.
