PVR-TV713X for 7

Hi Guys,
I have a Phillips SAA7134 TV card in my Dell Optiplex
GX620 running Win 7 Ultimate. I can't get it to pick up analogue signals from TV antena. I downloaded the SAA7134 drivers that it tells me it needs, but no luck.
Device manager recognizes the card and states that drivers are up to date.
The PVR software dispatced with the card is installed, but no TV, just sound - no video?

What am I missing here? Please help?

You could try running the PVR Program in compatibility mode with XP or try to find an updated version of the program. To run a program in compatibility mode - right click a short-cut to the program, or find the program in program files and right click - click properties - click compatibility - check run in compatibility with vista/xp etc - check run as administrator - leave the rest blank. Start the program.

If you could find a newer driver also,and install either in compatibility mode or thru device manager by searching for the inf. file - heres how - You cannot install a device driver by using its installation program in Windows Vista this works for W7 also.

If you cant get anything to work i would suggest a new tv card compatible with W7.
