[Q] how to know if im using HDD or SSD?

^^ im using laptop ,

so i cant figure what inside my lappy,

is there a way that i can know whats Hard drive im using specifically if it is a (hdd or ssd)

im having a bit lag lately so im try to use defragmentation ,but as i know defraging an SSD is resulting a NEGATIVE effect rather than good,

is fixing windows7 OS is same with Xp,2000/ME OS??

Hi ningpra!

According to your system specs your hard drive is a TOSHIBA MK1058GSMP which is conventional and not a SSD... so go ahead and defragment it with no worries!
