I'd go for the Inno3D, but either one is fine, just a matter of personal preference. The only thing I'd do first is calculate the power needed with an online PSU calculator: PSU Calculator Lite, as they both need a minimum 400W, I'd add at least 150-200W, just to be safe.

thanks a lot for PSU Calculator Lite TheReaper it is a very useful thing i calculated with my specs 2 times and on High End board i got 413W (Recommended) and on Regular-Desktop i got 396W (Recommended) on full loads.. so even with High End board which i dont have so still i have about 172W free due to calculations. There's another guy i know who is running HD 4870 on full load with same PSU and i think HD 4870 consume more power than a GTS 450 or GTX 550 ti if im not wrong but i not know exactly about it

Did you check the "Capacitor aging" box? Better to check it on 50%, 'cause components ware out with age. I'd add 150-200W to the calculated result, just as a precaution. My result last year was 452W, but I bought a 750W PSU, just in case I wanted to add more hardware later & a safety buffer.

OK i think i did wrong calculations before here i did with GTS 450 and High End board (where in real im using 9600GT and mid-range board and everything on stock) and with 50% and 90% aging..

With 50% Aging although my PSU is almost new and it's been not a year yet and never overloaded it before.

You're fine then, although I see you didn't mark any hard drives, your PSU should be enough.

I had my Q6600 OC'c to 3627MHz. The PSU calculator said I needed at least 560W PSU, I opted for a 1000W and use it today with my i7-860 OC'd to 4214MHz.

Nice, I've got the Gigabyte GTS450 OC, it's a great card. It scores about 7.2 on WEI. Did you put it through the Crysis test yet?
