QoS

Hello everyone,

Just a quick question and sorry if its in the wrong section.
My room mate is hogging all the bandwith with his stupid downloads leaving nothing for any of the other people living in this house.
I have a 2wire router but i heard these dont have QoS is there anything else i can do.
I have tried the easy way but this guy is a knuckle head what can i do?

They have traffic shaping offered through 2wire but honestly it won't stop a hog. I would invest in a better router
