Quake 4 doesnt install

Im on Windows 7 Build 7000 64bit and whenever I try to install Quake 4 I get Library not registered.

Have you tried running the installer with run as admin.

I am using 7100 and the "Run as Administrator" feature still fixes the instillation problem. Thanks

I'm on Windows 7 Build 7137 64bit home baisc OS. the system will show "Library not registered" message after QUAKE 4 install completed. Is it a Windows 7 compiability issue or not??
