Now I know this is not strictly "business" but I have installed Kaspersky on my Samsung S5 and for the life of me cannot get Malwarebytes to install or SuperAnti Spyware either.
I have tried Googling it and it just will not download for more than a few seconds and I tried downloading and saving to the phone via the laptop but it says I cannot save it to when I try that.
Anyone got any tips at all?

Now if you mean download and save it - then yes it does that as a download on the laptop but getting it to install on the phone it baulks at everything I have tried and been left totally lost.
Trying Google it on the phone itself is a lesson in absolute frustration. The Google app on the phone is to say the least bogged down with a convoluted process that ends with me wanting to drown the wretched thing because even that downloading stops at about 25%.

Thanks mate I did see that one and a host of others and nothing seems to work yet putting Kaspersky (android version) on the phone was like falling off a log.
My partner has all the iPads and pods you could wish for and works them like it was invented by her perhaps I should let her try - it would mean having to but a pressie for her but oh well

The stock android browser and chrome imo is pretty bad I use maxthon and boat browser give the first one a shot and it should download it fine to install, any apk thats not from the play store you need to go into settings/security/and check unknown sources so it is allowed to install I just leave mine checked but you can uncheck it after it is installed). Possibly the two will not work together though.
EDIT: are you getting a can't parse package error?
Yep something along those lines it (Google) on the "desktop" has to go through permissions and agreements etc etc and the internet icon just opens up some wretched and very irritating games site which signs you up as soon as you click on it. There is no browsing in there at all and anyway I shall get onto my provider for some clarity because I should be able to just Google - don't mind paying for a bit of download but can do without this grief as it is now.

I agree, I only use lookout currently and only run it once a month and it only has the missing device on constantly. I'm rooted so I figure if someone wants my data that bad i'm boned anyways.
Well I suppose I don't have to as I have Kaspersky android on iy but over the last three or four days have been getting malware alerts but I guess for what they are worth I should just let it go. My concern is though Kaspersky is good (have used it for 5 years now on all machines) it is not infallible and MBAM and SAS do pick up stuff on the odd occasion that it obviously misses.
