Question about compatibility?

Hello, I have a question about a graphics card that i wish to get but i need to know if it will be compatible with my processor.

My processor is a:
Intel Core i3-3220 CPU @ 3.30GHz 3.30 GHz

The graphics card i wish to get is a:
EVGA GeForce GTX 750Ti with G-SYNC Support 2GB GDDR5 128bit, Dual-Link, DVI-I, HDMI, DP Graphics Card (02G-P4-3751-KR)

So will my processor and this graphics card be compatible with each other? and will i need to get another fan to keep my computer cool? I currently have 2 fans and the fan on my processor as well as the fan on my graphics card.

I have DDR3 Ram (2 sticks for a total of 8GB)
This PC is a gaming PC and i would just like to get a newer graphics card. (The one i have is an AMD Raedon HD 6670 card). I plan on upgrading another component (Adding an SSD) later but i would like to know if my processor would be compatible with the graphics card i wish to get.

yes yes yes yes yes.. think that covers it all!

all graphics cards and processors are compatible (ok unless your rocking a 32bit one from the 90s..)
as long as you have a pci slot on your mobo which you do as you already have a 6670 your good to go.

most 750ti's dont require an additional 6 or 8 pin power connector so dont be alarmed when you have a spare cable floating about from your old gpu, it gets its power from the pci lane (unless you get say a gigabyte or asus twin force do dah they have a power connecter for some stupid reason).

EDIT: I also have a 350 Watt power supply, The graphics card says:

Thermal and Power Specs:
95 CMaximum GPU Tempurature (in C)
60 WGraphics Card Power (W)
300 WMinimum System Power Requirement (W)

So will i have any problems?

You're asking the wrong question regarding compatibility. It isn't the cpu you need to worry about. You need to know if your motherboard has the correct slot available (PCI-E 3.0 16x) and you need to know if the card mfr provides drivers for the OS you are using. I assume you're using Win 7 from your system specs so you are good there.

Your power supply is marginal, we would need to know what else you have in the system to really say for sure but you would be better off with a larger supply.

Yeah a 450W PSU would be better, a branded one at that. I'd recommend Corsair, they make very good PSUs.

Ok, I attatched a file. I'm not sure if that will say or not. It is a file generated by a program that checked my PC's hardware.

I'm not sure if that will say what all i have in my PC i doubt it.

I didn't build this PC but ill do my best to locate the components in it.

a stock 750ti uses 60w of power. the 6670 uses 120w.. doing the math in my head that means youll be drawing 60w less power.. soo if your current 350w psu can handle your 6670 it can easily handle a 750ti without any worries

It will, it'll fit into the slot vacated by your 6670. Be sure to uninstall the 6670 and all of its software though before removing it and installing the 750ti.
