Most likely the certifications haven't finished the development process yet. As I recall from Vista, the certification process was completed around the time of the release to the public.

There is a whole host of tutorials here as zigzag mentioned, there is also a wealth of information on some torrent sites (you will have to search them yourself). If you need an answer to a specific question then by all means create a new thread and you should not have to wait long for an answer
