Question about windows 7 fonts

hello

i think the font used in windows 8.1 is Segeo UI Light and in windows 7 is Segeo UI

how can i change the font in windows 7 to Segeo UI Light ? i want to have font style like windows 8.1

To change Windows fonts

which one of the fonts in "windows appearance and metrics" change the font in Run Menu ?

i change all fonts but persian characters font does not change

do you want it in english or do you want the persian letters as well in the same font?

i want persian characters display as same as windows 8.1
in the first post i attach a picture of what i want
but actually i don't know which setting change this font

persian font in windows 8.1 is "Segoe UI Semilight"
