Solved Question regarding a performance program

Hello. Can anyone tell me if there is a program that gets information about every hardware piece inside your computer (like hdd, memory, cpu, video card etc.), tells you its functioning parameters and which are the optimum functioning parameters for that piece of hardware? Thanks in advance!
