I plan on selling a build to fund a complete upgrade and currently use windows 10 thats upgraded from windows 7. If I sell the build with my second hard drive and with windows 7 on it, will that interfere, cause problems, or tap into/require any personal information I have relating to my ownership of windows 7? This probably seems like a question asked frequently but I couldnt find anything online relating to it, and I dont want to screw myself or the person who buys my computer over.

If you sell yout Windows 7, then you don't own it any more. You have turned over all the assets.

Take into account that if you use the "upgraded" license of Win7 to Win10, 7 will no longer activate as long as 10 is in use. The free upgrade option is not a gifted extra license, it's a free of charge conversion of the existing license to the newer version.

So for selling that machine with a working 7 install, you must stop using the upgraded 10, or buy a new license for it. Or sell the computer with an unlicensed 7 and leave the buyer the task of activating it :p O just sell an empty hard drive for the buyer to put whatever he wants on it.
