How can I prevent my computer from going back to the log in page everytime I leave it for about 5 or 10 minutes, and then I have to re enter my password and ID again?

I forgot to tell you that the error code for the problem I am haveing is 3047,40000

I think this error is generated by Norton. If you update the Norton Product and Virus Definitions this problem is likely to get resolved.

A better and more drastic way would be to ditch Norton altogether and install Avast Free A-V and Malwarebytes anti-malware free instead. This too should sort out matters.

Right click anywhere on desktop and click on Personalize.Choose your current theme and click on screensaver on bottom right corner.In the screensaver window uncheck "on resume display logon screen".Click on apply then OK.

If that doesn't solve the problem click on control panel-Hardware and Sound-Power options.Choose your current power option-Change Plan settings and in Put computer to sleep choose "never" in both plugged in and on battery.
