Is there a Tutorial on how to block programs from accessing the internet using Windows Firewall, I had JUST learned how to do it using KIS2k11

There is an addon to Windows Firewall that makes this simple. Someone here will know the name of it. I thought I had the link; but I can't find it.

Understand that Richard and I are coming from our experience of BSOD analysis. We have seen plenty of crashes caused by Kaspersky and most other third party antivirus programs, firewalls and security suites. There are valid reasons for this. It has to do with Win 7's built in security measures.

Are you referring to the Windows 7 x64 Kernel Patch Protection aka Patch Guard?
