Quite a simple question about downgrading!

Hello everyone, I installed Ultimate couple of weeks ago on my new PC and I never activated it because I don't have the key for it and what I got is the key for Proffesional, is it then possible to downgrade, if yes, then how?

No it is not. you will need to Wipe the drive and start fresh, IE Re-Install the version you have a key for.
