I have a problem with my sapphire radeon graphics card. What it is iv been having problems with drivers with being not responding then recovered. So i did some research online and quite a few forums have said flash and update the gpu bios. (stuped mistake of my life) Anyway iv worked out iv put the wrong bios on and i was wondering if its possible to revert the flash, but one problem i didnt back up the bios before hand so im stuffed. I have found one online what apparently it will work but i dont know how to make a bin format file to boot with a usb stick. If anyone can help me resolve this issue would be fantastic and saves me worrying to spend more money than i have.
Have you been to Gigabyte for the latest bios? They do have the previous version of your bios listed...the latest bios is a beta. Never go with beta versions of anything, they are always buggy.
hello bud its the vga bios i ment, sorry for not explaining properly i have the f8 bios on my motherboard. If theres any thing like screen shots or files to look at just shout.
Hi,
You may be able to get the factory spec vga bios from this website Video Bios Collection | techPowerUp
You need a bootable USB and a flash tool. There is a tutorial here:Guide to Video BIOS flashing
If you get it working again learn for this and leave the video-card alone. I messed a Sapphire Radeon 9200 up years ago and had to send it back under warranty. Good Luck. Tony.
