To follow up, If you have 64-bit Win7: Just save the hassle, take the ATI Radeon back and get a Nvidia Geforce 6200. I took the ATI Radeon 95xx back and got an Nvidia Gerforce 6200 and it was detected right away on 64-bit Win7 and after a quick reboot, I was off and running. Nvidia has made sure their cards still work in Win7. Bravo Nvidia. Not good for ATI.
