So i'm sure it has to do with a driver being dumb. But I'm not sure why it would be acting up when these are the same drivers as were on this computer for awhile since ATI doesn't release drivers anymore for this card. I just reloaded my machine a few weeks ago because this Virus was corrupting system files like crazy and I'm not a pro at manually removing virus's. But even still this annoying flickering may even be attributed to this game failing and calling out this error.

Now this game doesn't even have amazing graphics and it crashes like it can't handle the game. When i'm able to emulate ps2 games and Wii games.
I have tried to uninstall all ATI drivers and programs and reinstall. But it's still a fail. Even if i go into services and restart Desktop Windows Manager it flickers and then crashes without any error messages at all. I know this card is more then capable of handling some sissy desktop transparency because it's never bitched before till about a month ago. Oh another thing Catalyst's performance tab disappears after clicking on accept. Maybe their drivers are just complete shit now with all the newer windows updates that are always coming out??? While my alt machine that has an older Nvidia card and it's still running strong with no issues. Hopefully someone can help because i'm seriously considering never buying anything from ATI if they have crap support as well as shitty customer service.
Comp specs:
Windows 7 64bit Ultimate
Pentium D 3.0ghz OC to 3.7ghz
8gbs ddr2
Radeon HD 4350 1gb
Creative SB X-Fi
My bad for not saying I have tried that. But no over clocking isn't the issue. This is just something that has started just recently and it's starting to piss me off. I want to blame my video drivers. But that dll is apart of directx. So that's why I'm out of things to try an reason why I'm here.
wouldn't be able to play games if it was a faulty card. It's a software base problem. Card is only 4 years old. If it was bad it would stop working or catch on fire like the Ati card I had back in 2005. Maybe I just need to start using Nvidia because I have never had a problem with their drivers or hardware.

Now i'm getting some new bullshit when I use Razer Game Booster.... Seems like the more you update windows the more buggy it gets.
And just for the sake of argument. I have disabled overclocking to prove windows 7 is just being a little bitch. I wish XP supported directx11 because i'd gladly go back to something that is actually stable.
