Radeon HD 6870 Driver Problems

I'm not sure if there is a driver problem but I am pretty sure it that it is since i put my CPU and power supply under a stress test to see if they were faulty but they both past. Same with my ram.

So, I just recently built a new computer and after a day or two I have been having problems with drivers on the Radeon HD 6870. So far i have tried versions 11.3, 11.2, and 11.1 and 11.2 was so far the most successful version but still has problems. On v11.3, I was able to play CoD4 with no issues but BF bad company 2 and Dead Space 2 would make my keyboard, monitor and mouse cut out along with making me have to unplug my PC because the power button didnt work so Im assuming the computer froze. I then went to update 11.2. I was now able to play Dead Space 2 and BFBC2 with no problems but CoD4 didnt work correctly. Later on CoD4 started working fine again but after playing BFBC2 for nearly 3 hours, my computer then cut out.
So then i went to 11.1. This version was the quickest to mess up on CoD4 and i didnt even proceed to try out any other game. I then went back to 11.2 where it still crashes on CoD4.

You unplugged it while it was on? Are you sure holding the power button in for about 5 seconds wouldn't turn it off?
