RAID drives not initializing.

I was refering to the system specs in your profile. Fill out once and your done. People will refer to them, hopefully, in order to give you good advice.

ps: any kind of adapter will change performance. SATA 2 has a 3Mb/s transfer rate. IDE not even close. I still say that spin drives in a RAID array must be identicle. You need any drive to be initialized, by disk managment, in W7. To see it in the OS.
