rainmeter problem.....

i have question about rain meter....

all rainmeter skins work fine except those of files......like some are shortcuts to movies or downloads folder...it says .dll files missing n a list of files comes....i have to press OK again n again n again then it comes (the skin) n it works fine...
i wna know how i download thos missing dll or plugins files........where i download,where i put them...
