I have a laptop which can support up to 2 GB of dual-channel DDR3 1066 MHz memory, upgradeable to 4 GB using two soDIMM modules; I have both of the RAM(same brand), but here is where problems begin.
The issue right now is that I've tested both of the RAM on both of the RAM slot on the board, both worked like a charm separately, meaning no freezes and BSOD, but when the RAM are put together, I get freezes and BSODs; What could be the problem?
I'm currently running on 2GB of DDR3 memory right now.
Something's been mislabeled! That can happen when memory ordered in bulk from the manufacturer comes in with a few mislabeled dimms. A performance dimm seeing different timings and voltage requirements may get mixed in with the typical standard type memory premade laptops and desktops come with.
One way to find out if you have mismatched dimms would be running the System Info for Windows tool while only one dimm was installed where you look under hardwares at the memory item to see what is shown for each one. The next is replacing the pair for a totally fresh set of matched replacement memory in case one dimm is bad.

I've just compared the two and the codes are the same in System Information. I just tried installing both of the memory modules back into the laptop, and surprisingly all is well. So i fired up some applications and the system was eating up 2.5GB of memory for 30 minutes, no BSOD or freeze as of yet.
Hopefully all is well for you there! It may have simply been due to the need of reseating the dimms since they weren't going down fully. When going to reseat each one to get the information you were performing two tasks at the same time.

Bad dimm or mismatch? A good long run of the 9 stress tests seen with memtest over a few hours will show if errors are pointing out a defect with one of the dimms. Run that on each dimm separately however not when both are in to isolate if found bad the dimm with a problem.
I still tend to believe that there's a mismatch being seen there however since each dimm by itself runs normally without any problems being seen. This is why I had to mention the idea of one dimm of a different type like a mix of standard with performance memory may have been seen where the two simply won't work together but no faults can be found with either.
