RAM full utilisation PROBLEM! please help!

When i try to load something my ram goes nuts...like in the picture below...after a few seconds the ram goes back to normal...but everytime i try to open a movie in my computer when the green bar is loading my ram goes to 100% and my computer runs very slow ...what cand i do...?
