Normally, if you have 2 sticks, you would use one color: blue or black. Not blue AND black.
But that's only a guess since you didn't fill out your system specifications and I have no idea what motherboard you have.
Experiment. It won't hurt anything.

Even if you don't OC, I would still try the Blue Slots, like iggy said, experiment, the
matched pairs may just run better in the Blue.
