So i decided to repost, please help!
Alright so when i got my desktop which came with the 16GB installed ram it was fine, but one day when i came to look i saw it changed to 7.96 GB usable. I have a strange award phoenix bios so i couldn't enable memory remapping, i checked/unchecked the maximum memory in the msconfig but no success.
Resource manager says

FYI: In my bios is states 8GB of ram, in resource manager and stuff it reads 16GB.
Any idea to fix this?
P.S IT worked before :/
