RAM Problem

I watch a movie that has 6GB and after the movie it's finished PC was working very slow i looked to rams and they were 100MB free.
With all of the updates W7 still has the ram problem.
I have 5GB of ram and i see that isn't enough. I don't think even 8GB will not be enough.

In idle i have just 2.5GB free.

Startup it's useless, I don't know anymore what to do to fix this problem.

It isn't the movie that is the problem as it is not loaded into memory. What is the problem sounds like is a memory leak in either the media player you are using to watch the movie or some other program on your computer. Have a god look in Task Manager with "show processes for all users" checked, it may or may not show what is using all the ram. If it doesn't grab either (or both) of these,

RAMMap

and hopefully one of them will show what it is.

When i had x86 i was runing out of ram when i was in idle sometime, now just when i install something from iso virtual drive(forgot how exact it's called) and if i watch a movie that is had more than 4GB.
