ran net view and random pc found

i ran net view in cmd to try and fix previous problem (which is now fixed thanks to all of you who helped) and it came up with a random pc

my laptop is AOA150
my PC is paul-pc
i dont know what or who windows-xp is
what can i do?
do i have a hacker or what?

Recommend to always have a password protected wifi, or neighbors can begin to think that its theirs lol.

yes it is secure. this morining i ran net view again and there was only the pc i was on that was showing up
so u think its ok now

I would change the ssid and password.
might also be an idea to reset the admin password on the router whilst you're there

just found out that it was xpmode i think it was running in the background
