Random and frequent BSODs even while idling

i am facing serious BSOD problem with my old asus laptop,
it can occur even while idling!!! the problem subsides if i turn off my laptop or keep it in hibernation for a while like 2-3 hours before occurring again. Once it starts there is no stopping it. i can pop up even while booting up or even while trying to load safe mode. I have faced similar problem like 2 months back, it died off on its own, now it has re emerged again.

its showing this message:

*** The system has halted ***


i have compiled a zip folder using log collector tool & attached it here

I know how you feel, DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE had me angry too.
Try to upgrade your graphics drivers.

You might wanna upgrade these drivers here they are outdated:
