Solved BSOD Random and Frequent

Hi I have been getting very frequent BSOD starting this past Monday. Started off while I was playing games like Overwatch, Runescape, then I got BSOD just by talking to my friend on skype and watching a live stream. Now I have gotten BSOD every 1-10 mins (gotten 4 trying to make this post) or it can be fine for a day while just browsing on the internet any help will be grateful.

Please uninstall everything of Nvidia using Display Driver Uninstaller and install new drivers from Nvidia. Be sure the clean install box is checked and only install the Graphics driver and the PhysX driver, you can use this tutorial to do so :ar: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/327414-nvidia-drivers-avoid-problems.html

I have done everything but update my BIOS because when I downloaded the updater it was asking for my bios file and I don't know the first thing on how locate file or update it.

I suggest that you read the user manual for flashing the BIOS, you have the BIOS file already (in the download package)
