Random Black Screens and BSOD's.

Hey, idk whats going on with this computer. Decided to come here for additional help to see what you guys would say. I'm computer savvy so you dont have to explain stuff too much in detail. I've attached my mini dump file.

Edit: I have a 350w PSU that came with the old HP i bought a while back. I think it at full load, so it may be a problem.

You will need to purchase a legitimate Win 7 copy, format and reinstall Win 7 and then activate.
