Hi,

I've just got a computer with Windows 7, and I've been getting blue screens about once per day. It's happened while doing many different things (play a game, surfing the web, the computer playing music with me not doing anything).

After it resets, I get a message saying:

"Problem signature:
Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
OS Version: 6.1.7600.2.0.0.768.3
Locale ID: 3081

...

Files that help describe the problem:

C:\Windows\Minidump\021011-25474-01.dmp
C:\Users\Redwards\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-936708-0.sysdata.xml"

I've attached those files.

Is there any way to tell from those files what the problem is?

Thanks :)

Hi and welcome to the Forum.
First off can you please complete your specification details. It is difficult to help you without these details. Also do you have an up to date anti virus software? Is this a new PC or when you say "I've just got a computer with Windows 7" has someone else owned it before you?
