random BOSD BCCode: 1e. please help!

hey guys,

i've looked everywhere for a solution but i cant find any. any help is much appreciated. i just reinstalled Windows 7 Ultimate x64 and im getting BCCode: 1e BSOD. it happens randomly (i could be playing a game or watching a movie)

things i've tried.
- get new processor (core 2 duo to core 2 quad Q6600)
- get new ram (3gb)
- get new gfx card (ati HD5770)
