Random BSOD 0x1000007e

Hi there,
i got a new Computer but i always get SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED 0x1000007e

I use Windows 7 SP1 - x64 with and ATI grafic card.

I have absolutly no idea, what the problem is. BlueScreenView says caused by ks.sys+1a7bb. But that could mean anything, right?

I hope someone can help me, please !

Today i got a new exception KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED ntoskrnl.exe+7cc40.

Is it possible that the RAMs i use aren't compatible with the mainboard or something?!
