Random BSOD 0x124

No abnormal memory test.
sometimes computer is freeze. no bsod.
I do not know what the problem is.
plz help me.

Hello and welcome to the forums cestlavie098, I took a look at your files, and so you know a 0x124 BSOD indicates either a Bios bug or a hardware error. So first things first, check the computer manufacturers website for Bios updates. then once you have updated the bios please run Prime95:

Prime95 Setup:
- extract the contents of the zip file to a location of your choice
- double click on the executable file
- select "Just stress testing"
- select the "Blend" test. If you've already run MemTest overnight you may want to run the "Small FFTs" test instead.
- "Number of torture test threads to run" should equal the number of CPU's times 2 (if you're using hyperthreading).
The easiest way to figure this out is to go to Task Manager...Performance tab - and see the number of boxes under CPU Usage History
Then run the test for 6 to 24 hours - or until you get errors (whichever comes first).
The Test selection box and the stress.txt file describes what components that the program stresses.

Also when running prime 95 be sure to use HWinfo to keep an eye on your temperatures:

Download and install HWINFO64 (I run Windows 7 Ultimate x64). Open HWINFO, and when prompted, check the Sensor Only option and then run as shown below:

HWINFO will read your system, and then open the Sensor Status panel. Locate the CPU Digital Thermal Sensor items, as shown below:

Take note of the current temperatures when the system is idling, and ensure that there is a differential between the system idle temperature and maximum CPU operating temperature in excess of 20 degrees Celcius

Warning
Ensure that you are operating in the same units of temperature measurement! If your CPU maximum temperature is quoted in Celcius, make 100% sure HWINFO is also reporting in Celcius. Do not mix Celcius with Farenheit. Use the Configure button in HWINFO to change temperature units if neccessary.

BIOS is latest.
I'll run prime95.
I had been overclocking. Not now.
At that time there was no problem,
So, maybe there is a problem with the CPU.

Over clocking can cause all sorts of odd problems, let it run normally without over clocking and see if you still get the BSOD. IF you still get it without over clocking then run prime95
