Do the crashes occur for any program other than Call of Duty? If not, you may consider reinstalling the game, and see if that helps.

Woot after posted reply here, my pc got bluescreen again when i was click shutdown button...
win32sys and system_page_fault something like that...

Oh the problem caused by graphic card?
But not every shutdown or exiting game got crashed....
I will try use onboard graphic card anyway....
