random BSOD after SSD system reinstall

I just upgraded to ssd, and reinstalled Win, and now I've got random bsod,

There is no dump file in the zip. Why are you using the Enterprise version of windows?
Where did you get it from?

Have you updated to the latest firmware for your SSD?
