Random BSOD after Windows update

Hey
I have recently replaced my defective motherboard and installed Windows 7 professional x64.
everything seemed to be ok until I enabled windows update. After some windows updates were installed, my laptop started to have BSOD.
I have tried to use some diagnostic tools but nothing changed. I have also updated Nvidia driver but my system stil get BSOD.

I have attached the .zip from SF Diagnostic Tool

your help is highly appreciated

Yes. I have replaced my laptop defective motherboard by a new one. But, I don't think this is a part of the problem because as I said everything seemed to be ok for few days until I started to install windows updates.
