Random BSOD and application crashes

Had a few similar (although not as serious issues) a few months back which reformatting seemed to fix, however just recently it has started to happen again.

About 1 month ago issues started appearing again including the following symptons:
- Google Chrome crashing (Aw, Snap! message) during normal browser and often during youtube videos.
- Sound glitching during youtube
- Dota 2 crashing to desktop fairly often, also in game everything would freeze maybe every 30mins. Game would continue to play fine after it stops freezing
- Steam randomly closing even if just sitting idle
- Installers often failing / becoming corrupt even when used previously
(note - when an application crashes I do not get a BSOD)
- When I do get a BSOD I get all different types and never really the same error, I have quite a few in the last few days which should be visible from the attached file.

To try and fix this issue I tried various things such as running:
- Running memtest 86+ for 24 hour period (no errors returned)
- Taking out sound card (Asus Xonar DG) and using onboard
- Running a different set of RAM and only 1 stick
- Resetting Bios back to default
- Updated Bios firmware
- Installing ATI beta drivers for my card

Lastly I just reformatted my computer with just the base minimum installed on it. Not only is it still crashing but things such as my games are crashing consistently while in the menu. Civilization 5 barely loads at all (although when I get into game it plays totally fine with no crashes).

Starting to running out of ideas and thinking it may be mobo / HD / gfx relates but not sure what would be the best way to put this into practice?

Have attached a dump of the items using the required format and attached below. Please let me know if you need any additional info.

Thank you for your help.

ps. My computer specs are attached to my profile if you need those details

It is amazing what I can accomplish when I actually have time off from work to try and fix things. I have been looking in BSOD viewer and it appears these tend to be the two items that is causing my PC to crash:
- SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION - ntoskml.exe
- RESOURCE_NOT_OWNED - ntfs.sys and ntoskml.exe
- PAGE_FAULT_IN_NON_PAGED_AREA - ntfs.sys and ntoskml.exe
- KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED - ntoskml.exe

Will do a bit more poking around and see if I can find more info.

FYI one more item my OCZ Vertex 3 was formatted before I did my last reinstall in w7. I did have some issues when I first received it (2yrs+ ago) but a firmware update had fixed that totally.

I did run checkdisk on the drive in case this was the fault but come back totally clean.

Managed to play a couple hours of civilisation tonight with no problems. Came back a few hours later and could not even get past the load screen.

Yes, this is a custom build. No real hardware changes except a new gfx and more ram. Has been running flawlessly for 2 years+

Unfortunately, you appear to have a counterfeit installation, you seem to have a Asus OEM_SLP key on a retail motherboard, please format and install with a genuine key.

As a result, of being counterfeit, your system will be near impossible to debug and most likely has many security vulnerabilities, causing further difficulties.

Yup, knew this a bad copy of Windows. Was just temporary until I could download the iso for Windows Home Premium x64. Here is my update of the issue since.

- Installed Windows onto a new HD (Samsung 840 250gb vs Vertex 3)
- Swapped Gfx card to my older card (7970 to gtx 570)
- Reverted back to onboard sound and removed soundcard
- Tried single / dual sticks of G.Skill 4gb (1333mhz) and 8gb (1600mhz) RAM
- Removed heatsink, reapplied thermal paste and reattached heatsink

Went as far as using a spare older board I have (Asus P8Z77-V LX to ASRock Z68 Extreme4) and applied all my components and then followed the same steps as above and still had the same issues.

Only two pieces of hardware that I couldn't swap out as I don't have spares are:

- CPU - i5 2500k
- PSU - Corsair TX850

Don't really know what else can be done except replacing my PSU and hoping that it is the issue.

Yes I have.

I have grabbed all the files again from a totally fresh install (on another mobo).

I have had a couple of BSOD but it hasn't picked created any minidumps for them. I will force it to have a couple of more BSODs in the morning and post up here again.

Thinking about just grabbing another PSU tomorrow and trying that out, if not looks like it will be a new CPU and mobo. Have tested out all the components except these two.
