Feel free to ask back any questions you have to get it done correctly.

You've all adviced to take the Memtest, so I'm going to do that tonight, just wanted to make sure, how long is it needed to run? I saw on the turtorial it said atleast 7 passes. But I've also seen other people say you've to let it run 6-8 hours for just 6GB ram, and I got 16 GB, so wanted to know if that was true, or 8 PM to 6-7 AM would be enough, or if you'd want me to make it run from 8 PM to 2-3 PM. I've also read that If you run it too long it will say you've errors, even tho your ram / slots are fine.

I've never heard or seen memtest86+ show errors from running too long. It is not a time oriented test. Run it for 7 complete passes, no matter how much time it takes. That's the way you will know if your ram is OK.

Done with the Memtest, seems like my motherboard and ram are working perfectly fine, at least it did not show any errors. I've uploaded the memtest pictures to make sure everyting was right.

Want to hear your opinion of this before starting to re-install windows 7.

And just wanted to know if this was usual, but the following boot after the memtest was unusually slow, usually it's less that 5 sec going from log in screen till desktop, but this time it took almost 30 seconds or more, is that normal?

Okay, we've hit the jackpot, I read this thread through to check if I had forgot something, and noticed that I had ignored/forgot to do something Koolkat77 has said. I tried to run the verifier as he adviced to, rebooted my pc, and BOOM Blue screen of death as soon as I hit the login menu. I would not call that lucky, but when I noticed it had written a DMP file I was really happy. I'm sorry that I hadn't read it through well enough. And I'll soon upload the DMP file...

That's just Daemon Tools.

Please uninstall DAEMON Tools. It uses a driver called sptd.sys which is known to cause BSODs in Windows 7. Uninstall the software using Add/Remove Programs. Reboot the system. Once the program is uninstalled, run sptd.sys uninstaller to remove the driver from your system.

As an alternative, many people recommend the use of Total Mounter or Magic ISO

I hate to admit it, and feel like a quitter. When I had fixed what was wrong, or what we believe was wrong, it still acted weird, and worse than before. I lost my patience. I downloaded the windows 7 iso, and re-installed the entire thing. I must admit I had my struggles making windows 7 believe that my CD-key was legit, and ended up doing the phone service thing. After 3 tries there, it finally worked, and I got the entire thing re-installed. Now I'm sitting in my lone world, installing drivers and the most common stuff. I just wanted to thank you all for the patience, how helpful you've have been and for the hard work you've been doing to help me out. Thanks all. :D

Make sure you stick with the same steps in Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 to get a perfect install which will remain that way as long as you use only the tools and methods suggested.

In particular note how drivers are handled in Win7 as it is different than before and almost fully automated.
