Random crashs and freezes with Kernel-Power error ID 41 (63)

Hi, i'm getting random crashs and freezes (with the need to reboot), on a new computer. I already ran the memtest 86, no errors, and i can't seem to solve the problem. Sometimes it happens with the chrome in twitch.tv and sometimes in the desktop without doing anything. For some reason it's not saving a dump file, even though I've put it to create. Thanks

Here's the error in the event log:

Edit: watching stream (twitch.tv) crashes the PC in like 1 min, and watching youtube doesn't seem to crash. I already tried disabling hardware accelerator in Chrome config.

Edit2: actually it crashes on YouTube as well, and if I let the PC idle (leave it without doing nothing), it also crashes

Thanks for the reply axe0. I don't know how see my cooler, so I didn't update it. I have a guess that the problem is with the PSU, because I have a lot of LED peripherals connected, so it might be the PSU.

What PSU do you have? 650W is not enough to know.
What peripheral do you have?

Please uninstall everything of Nvidia using Display Driver Uninstaller and install new drivers from Nvidia. Be sure the clean install box is checked and only install the Graphics driver and the PhysX driver, you can use this tutorial to do so :ar: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/327414-nvidia-drivers-avoid-problems.html

About the peripherals I meant the mouse, keyboard and headphone. I've updated my PSU, just found the model...
And i'm reinstalling the NVidia Drivers. Thanks!

Already did the clean install and only installed the 2 drivers.

TBH, I'm more concerned with theses crashes without BSOD, but with the kernel 41 error in the event log, they occur a lot, in comparison with the BSOD that i got only once

Understandable, but crashes other than BSOD can be difficult to troubleshoot and we focus on BSOD crashes as the title of the forum says 'BSOD Help & Support'.
Why BSOD's only? Only a BSOD crash is caught by Windows, a BSOD crash is a crash to prevent (more) corruption that occured somehow, it is why I call it the 'only real crash'.

Yeah, i get it. Well, let's see it at least the BSOD stops...
Any advice for the kernel problem, where to look for answers? I already searched a lot, but it seems that each problems has it own solution. Anyway, thanks for the help!

Each problem has its own solution because of the variety in system build, software and drivers. This is also why in many cases a new thread is requested for a problem, pretty much never is a problem the same even when the symptoms look similar.

With shutdown/restart problems the first step is to test the PSU, cable connections, seatings, damaged component and 3.3v, 5v and 12v values, a.k.a. ruling out the hardware where you need to start with the power supply.

Hi again axe0! I recently updated my OS to Windows 10, its looks like the BSOD stopped. On the other side, I always had a problem (besides the kernel one) that when i boot after turning off the computer, it crashes on the Windows load. I finally remembered to take a Picture. I took it from this angle so you can see the red lines... Have any clue about what it might be? Maybe Fast Start Up feature from Windows 10? Thanks in advance.

Difficult to tell what it may be, these kind of problems have the oddest causes IMO, the best would be for Windows 10 problems to go here to try find answers or ask questions :)
