I followed the instructions on the guide to posting problems using the SF diag tool and I've attached the 8 diagnosis info in the zip file

My PC is 4 years old and I bought it brand new straight from Dell. I've replaced the gfx card (from AMD Radeon HD 2600 to Nvidia Geforce GTX 550 Ti), added 2 GB more RAM and upgraded from Windows Vista Home Premium x32 to Windows 7 Ultimate x64 during the time i've had it. These are the only changes I've made to my PC

I started getting BOSDs around 6 months ago give or take, and I've had the BSOD no more than 10 times in this 6 month period. Every single time I've gotten a BOSD, it says 'BAD_POOL_HEADER' at the top of the page. I don't know the error code as I've never thought of writing it down. If you need the error code, please tell me how to retrieve it because I have no idea.

I don't know why it happens. It sometimes happens when I'm browsing the web, it sometimes happens when I'm playing games (e.g. Counter Strike: Source, Football Manager 2012)

Thanks in advance for any help or advice
-Jake

Hi there!

Seems like it may be your AVG that's causing the crashes i.e. avgidsfiltera.sys please uninstall it and use the removal tool Download tools and utilities | AVG Worldwide

Reinstall your display driver i.e. nvlddmkm.sys You need to do a Driver Cleanup follow this guide nVidia Driver Cleanup Guide | Captain Debugger

Run SFC Scan http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1538-sfc-scannow-command-system-file-checker.html
