So to start are you overclocking ? if so then bring the CPU back to stock speed and can you please check the temps on it use this Speccy - Free Download - Piriform

I haven't overclocked the cpu or memory. The CPU temperature is 36 ºC and the motherboard 35 ºC. What can be happening?

you are using an OEM key via an Activation exploit.
