Hello,

This is my 1st time installing Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit on my new rig. While i was using my pc normally, not gaming, it just crashed and went into blue screen. Twice.
First error was MEMORY_MANAGEMENT and the second error was IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL.
And so, i tried using BlueScreenView to open the .dmp files and both of the .dmp files are caused by ntoskrnl.exe.

My rig's spec:
Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit SP1
Intel Core i5 2500
Asus P8P67 LE
Mushkin 4GB DDR3 x 2
500GB WD HDD
Nvidia 9800GT

I've attached the .dmp files. Any help on this issue would be much appreciated. Thanks!

I tried using the kavremover but failed to detect any kav program because i'm not using Kaspersky Anti-Virus but i'm using Kaspersky Internet Security. So i should uninstall the Kaspersky anti virus and see?

All right. Got it. I've removed KIS using the removal tool. Hopefully my new rig will be able to work smoothly. Thanks for the help.

I used BlueScreenView and the current dump file was caused by ntoskrnl.exe+7cc40 again. I've attached a new attachment. Would you pls check this again for me?
