Random BSOD codes almost at every boot-up

Hello everyone. i recently installed Windows 7 Ultimate 32 Bit again 2 weeks ago because of some issues. But after the installation i get BSOD almost at every boot-up. i updated the Windows, updated the GPU's driver which is ATI Radeon HD7850. And finally updated ethernet card's driver yesterday after i read a user's thread in the forum that got the same "IRQL_Not_Less_or_Equal" error. But i'm still getting the BSOD with random error names... Could anyone please help me?

How did you activate your copy of Windows?

it's original, i bought it when it first came out. But i think i found the problem after i posted the thread.
i got "memory_management" BSOD 3 times and win 7 forced me to make a "chkdsk". my hdd is the lacking part i think...
