BSOD crash while in sleep mode

Hello all, I have been getting random BSOD crashes and i would greatly appreciate if someone can take a look at dump files i have provided.

I have used Windows Debugger to look at what is going on, first BSOD was caused by DS3 Tool (which has now been uninstalled with all motioninjoy drivers) but the latest crash looks to be caused by Nvidia.

If someone could take a look for me to see what is going on that would be greatly appreciated.

Specs if you need them.

CPU - Intel i7 4790k
Mobo - Asus Sabertooth Z97 Mark 1
RAM - 16GB Gskil Ares 1866MHz

Thanks

Just to add another thing, I have noticed that it seems to crash when my computer is in sleep mode.

So if someone here can please take a quick look that would be most appreciated.

Yes, the BSOD happens only in Sleep mode. It happens because a driver to a PnP device failed to react accordingly during sleep power transition.
Code:
A driver has failed to complete a power IRP within a specific time.
The PnP device is the graphics card GTX 680.
The PnP port is the PCIe slot.
The driver is the display driver nvlddmkm.sys.
Code:

Very common issue for laptops. It is the first time I am seeing a desktop computer suffering from this issue.

At first, uninstalled the installed nvidia driver using Display driver Uninstaller. Then install 340.52 WHQL. Is it BSODing with this version, too?? If so ....

Your motherboard should have 3 PCIe ports. Is it fail in the same way with the other ports, too?

Let us know.
