Random BSOD during pc boot

For a couple weeks get random BSOD during booting up since unsuccessfully attempting to add a new SSDrive (since disconnected) but even prior to that the pc was not always starting ok and often requiring restart.
Any advice appreciated.
I've attached the SF diagnostic file.

BSOD problem

Thank you koolkat77 for your speedy and comprehensive reply and I'll certainly follow your advice.
For info is it your opinion, from the detailed information I provided, that my prob is indeed software as apposed to power unit or loose connection or whatever?

At a random BWOD this am managed to note some numbers within the white typing on the blue screen...viz..

Anyone know if this information is meaningful?

Thats usually a memory problem. Upload the latest .dmp file so we can confirm that.

OK. Peter, you need to test your RAM/motherboard RAM slots using MemTest86+ - run it for a minimum of 8 passes, or until errors appear.

BSOD Prob

Did that...9 x passes using memtest86..all ok with memory.

Whats the best next thing to try?
Is it worth checking the motherboard?

I did just do a run with a free program called Hot CPU Tester Pro 4 (lite)..unsure if thisd is a respected prog or not?..anyway it showed all ok except showed
HD File exception error: All or part of the path is invalid: CPU 1:an unnamed file contains an invalid path
CPU 0:an unnamed file contains an invalid path.

Yesterday I did a check of the hard drive using Disc Check showed all ok.
