Random BSOD during sleep mod or when I restart

Been having issues with my Laptop BSOD'ing when it goes to sleep mode or when I restart it just goes straight to BSOD.
I have an Asus G74S Laptop I7-2670 2.2GHz Nvidia Geforce GTX 560M

This bugcheck indicates that an IRP has failed, the reason being is that a higher level driver in the device object stack has attempted to call a lower level driver through the IoCallDriver rountine, the problem is that there are no stack locations left for the IRP so the lower level driver cannot access its parameters (the parameter contains a pointer to the device object and the IRP) because there aren't any.

Upload your msinfo32 file.

1. Go to your Start menu
2. Type in 'msinfo32'
3. Then click File > Save
4. Save it to your desktop then upload it in a zip file.
