Hi all, first post here.
Let me say i'm impressed with the organization level around here. You all are doing a great job here.
Now, to my problem: i'm having a seemingly random BSOD. It oftenly happens when i leave the notebook overnight downloading, but also happens when i'm using it.
Sometimes it also happens when i open the lid of the notebook after keeping it closed for a while.
I'm having more or less 3 or 4 BSOD per day.

Here are the files: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/19049485/Seven%20Forums.zip
(uploaded to my dropbox because my workplace's proxy blocks the upload file form of this forum, God knows why)

Hello chatoalbert and thank you for your kind words.

BSOD Analyse

How long have you been running Windows 7 on this motherboard? I believe that your hardware barely can support running Windows 7. Your BIOS is from 2009 which could be problematic.

Here are some of my suggestions:

  • Search your hardware parts on the Windows 7 Compatibility Center, and ensure that Microsoft has approved the product to be 7 ready.
    • (For an automatic check, you can use the Upgrade Advisor)

Code:
Versão/data do BIOS	American Megatrends Inc. 1.01, 01/06/2009

Best Regards,
Frederik.

I've been running for almost a year and half, without any major hassles. And it gets better: this notebook came with a W7 Home Basic license XD. Anyway, I'll download the Advisor and let you know about the results. Thanks again.

Also, i've made a memtest during the night without any errors, as well as a sfc /scannow - also without errors. As soon as I get home i will proceed to run a chkdsk and a malware check with malware bytes, just to be sure.
