Hey guys! I have been having an issue with my desktop ever since I moved 3 months ago. I recently did a fresh install of Windows 7 and I am still getting the same blue screen problem. So, it's obviously something hardware related, which I should have thought of earlier, but I can't quite figure out what it is. The message says:

System_Service_Exception

0x0000003b

I have looked online and everything either points to the firewire card or the graphics card. I found a hotfix that claimed it would fix the firewire driver and it just said "update not applicable."

It's been difficult for me to troubleshoot this problem because it does it randomly. In fact, I re-installed windows 4 days ago, and it has only happened to me twice since then, but it's still the same message as before the re-installation.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advanced!

I ran the stress test, and at first I was sure the graphics card was going to be the problem. The temperature started at 55 and after about 20 minutes it climbed steadily to 79. However, once it reached 79 the fan increased from 25% to 40% and the temp would go back down to 77, going back up to 79 periodically with the fan increasing to lower the temp back down to 77 again. I ran the test for about 25 minutes, but there was a ton of lagging.

I just got another blue screen about 20 minutes after running the stress test. This one says something different from the one I got before. This one says:

Page_Fault_In_Nonpaged_Area 0x00000050

When I googled this one it says it's either ram or video ram. Starting to see a pattern here. Maybe it is my graphics card.

This time I took a picture of it. I also ran another log and attached it to this reply.
