Its random BSODs, i already try to reinstall fresh windows, changed motherboard, ram, i also tried to just use onboard VGA but not help.
Only HDD and CPU is the part that i dont change yet, so i think its because of bad HDD. I noticed that sometimes Action Center notifi me about some file is not reachable and unreable.
Here is my PC spec:

  Description:
The file system structure on the disk is corrupt and unusable.
Please run the chkdsk utility on the volume WINDOWS.

  • If you are overclocking any hardware, please stop.

  • Run Disk Check with both boxes checked for all hard disk partitions (letters). Post back your logs for the checks after finding them using http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/96938-check-disk-chkdsk-read-event-viewer-log.html (you may need to search for wininit instead of chkdsk).
For any drives that do not give the message:
Windows has checked the file system and found no problems
run disk check again as above. In other words, if it says:
Windows has made corrections to the file system
after running the disk check, run the disk check again.

  • Run all but the advanced tests with SeaTools for HDDs.

Hi, i've attached the event log of chkdsk (wininit) in this post.
In the attachment, its only log of C driver because other driver dont have any problem.
For the seatool test, did you mean "Long test".
I'll post it to night since it take many time, so i will do it when i go sleep.
Thanks very much.

Had a similar issue with my wife's laptop. It would throw up a BSOD with increasing frequency. Posted the details on the forum and it appeared to be an outdated Intel driver issue.

Updated the driver but there was from time to time intensive disk activity which in reality 'locked you out' from doing anything although the BSOD's stopped. Ran chkdsk /f and there were errors which it reported as sorted. Still the intensive disk activity issue so ran Seatools from Seagate - there are some serious issues with the HD so have ordered a replacement.

In my experience if chkdsk /f cannot sort things out and there are issues being reported by Seatools then the disk is on it's way out.

Wow, that hard disk was a mess. Run all Basic tests with SeaTools: S.M.A.R.T. Check, Short Drive Self Test, Drive Information, Short Generic, and Long Generic.

I've run the Seatool Long/ short test this morning (GMT +7). All passed.
But 2 days ago, i got a chkdsk at startup so i report the infos here. Also i got atleast 2 BSOD (Memory Management)
Please check.
So if HDD is fine then problem is the CPU? or maybe the PSU?
Thanks

Given the Phenom II X4 955, I suspect a RAM incompatibility. Download and install CPU-Z and Upload screenshots of the CPU, Mainboard, Memory, and SPD tabs. In the SPD tab, upload an image of each slot.

Also, for your hard disk, run another http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/433-disk-check.html with Automatically fix file system errors checked. Windows made corrections to the file system in the previous run, so it should be checked again to see if the drive now has no problems.

I've run the disk check on all partitions, all found no problem.
I also attach the screenshot of cpuz on the attachment.
Please check, maybe Ram setting in bios is wrong since i set all settings in bios by default (Auto).
Thanks :)

Try manually setting the first four RAM timings to 7-7-7-20 and the Command Rate to 2T/2N/2 (the Command Rate settings vary from BIOS to BIOS, so yours may show a T, an N, or nothing after the 2).

Also, if you can, set the DRAM frequency to 533 MHz. If you are unable to do so, leave it set on auto.

Bump your NB Voltage to 1.2 V.

I already set bios settings as your advice.
But BSOD still comming, specially when i extract a large file (7z) (it appeared 3 times when i try to extract that file, so i cant extract it). Tried extract from USB, HDD.
Now im not at home so i can not post BSOD dumps. I will attach it when i come home.
Thanks very much.
